- Re-designed the internal linking and integration architecture: built seamless connections between CRM, ERP, cloud platforms and analytics systems to improve data flows and operational speed.
- Launched a content-/knowledge-base strategy: created training, documentation and automation use-cases to enable adoption, support change-management and drive internal process optimisation.
- Enhanced technical operations: improved indexing of data assets, rolled out real-time analytics dashboards, strengthened security controls (audit-ready, compliance frameworks) and implemented continuous optimisation for performance and scalability.
